This policy explains how data is handled in the urbaone portal. It is a draft for legal review and may change before approval.
Who is responsible
The controller is the community of owners operating the portal. Urbaone provides the service as processor and acts on the community's instructions.
What we process
We may process identity and contact details, apartment membership, documents, meeting records, incidents, and device data needed to provide the service.
Why we process it
We process this data to manage the community and its communications, documents, meetings, proxies, and incidents under Spanish horizontal property law and applicable legal duties.
Retention
App caches and drafts are cleared on sign-out and after 30 days. Device registrations are deleted on sign-out. Server records are retained for the period required by legal duties.
Rights and contact
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, and portability rights with the responsible community. Provisional support contact, to be confirmed: support@urbaone.com.
No sale or tracking
We do not sell data. We do not track beyond operational logs needed for security, service operation, and error resolution.
